The new Redmi Airdots S headphones are now much faster. Due to Bluetooth 5.0 technology , they have become more stable and now have a faster connection to other devices. Unlike its predecessor, the new Xiaomi Earbuds now have an independent connection for each headset, that is, single or dual, and the “ Game Mode ” function has been added that eliminates sound delays used for games.
How to connect Redmi AirDots S headphones
Other than that, the other functions remain the same, such as compatibility with the features of Google Assistant, Siri and Amazon Alexa. The duration of the charge also remains, the headphones have a charge for up to 4 hours and can reach up to 12 hours , in this case if we count on the two spare cases of the case. Pair Redmi AirDots S with your phone
Here are the steps to pair the Redmi AirDots S earphones with your phone. Also read the troubleshooting at the end of the post.
1 – Remove the headphones from the case. Note that the lights will start flashing alternating in white and red . This means that the headphones are synchronizing with each other.
2 – When only the right phone is blinking in white , go to the device (cell phone, PC, etc.) and activate the Bluetooth function .
3 – Leave the headphones close to the device to which they will be connected. Wait for the Bluetooth search to find them (see the example in the image below). If they don’t appear, do a new search.
4 – Tap on the “ Redmi AirDots S ” result to pair the headphones and phone or similar devices. When the right earphone light stops flashing , it means they are already connected and ready to be used.

Headphones do not pair or imitate sound:
- Remove the previous connection> Reset the headphones> Make a new pairing.
Charge headphones have enough charge? This can cause errors during the connection.
- See if the case is charged, put the headphones inside and see if the lights are lit red.
- Check if the contact pins (on the case and on the headphones) are dirty or sunken. If so, clean them, in the second case, it would be better to contact support to request repair.
